Nuevo Progresso Directions

Nueva Progresso is located just South of Weslaco Texas and there are different ways to get there depending where you are in the Valley and how fast you want to arrive.

Expressway 83, The Fast Route: From the East or West on Expressway 83, take the exit for FM 1015 (there are signs that indicate that this exit will take you to Mexico). Simply continue South on FM 1015 until you get to the international bridge at Neva Progresso.

US 281, The Scenic Route: From the East or West on 281, simply turn South at the traffic light where it crosses FM 1015 at Progresso. If you are coming from the West on 281, you will go through Progresso first. Virtually every major street in most Valley cities or towns adjacent to Expressway 83 East of Pharr will eventually cross US 281 which is South of this major highway.
